7 trends from Paris Fashion Week that will define Fall 2024

Miranda Priestly already said that Paris is the most important week of the entire year. Known as the epicenter of the fashion world, the Paris Fashion Week continues to grow in significance. Elite brands like Chanel, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, and Dior managed to impress with their collections and trends for the Fall 2024.

Let’s take a look at some of them.

1. Brown is the color of the year

One of the confirmed trends for 2024 on the runways of PFW was the color brown. In dresses, jackets, belts, or tights, the color is here to stay and promises to be one of the big bets for Autumn Winter.

2. Leopard print

Love it or hate it, the leopard print is back. Between the Indie Sleaze revival and the Mobwife aesthetic, this eye-grabbing trend produces authentic looks and, if you're looking to escape minimalism, this could be your time to shine.

3. Fur, fur, fur!

Shoes, bags, and big fur coats were also featured at this season's Paris Fashion Week and deserve a spot in your wardrobe (as long as it's faux fur, of course).

4. Burgundy red

I doubt you haven't seen at least one burgundy red item online in the past few months. The color, which has become a trend in bags, boots, nail polish, and even hair dyes, has made its way onto the runways and into our hearts.

5. Fringe

We can see the revival of fringes from the latest fashion weeks to the cowboycore aesthetic, recently popularized by Beyoncé's new era and Pharrell Williams' runway shows for Louis Vuitton.

6. Sheer skirts are here to stay

Sheer skirts have been around for some time, but lately, it has become increasingly mainstream. Sheer has been explored in fashion for years and, in this season, designers have turned their attention to the texture applied to the skirt.
